Swollen bumps in stomach. Mucus in stool
I think i have IBS, but im not sure. Not every day, but very often my stomach gets very swollen after eating, usually at night after dinner. I don’t have terrible gas or diarrhea , nausea or anything, but my stomach gets hard as a rock and I look as if I’m about 4-5 months pregnant, even though I haven’t eaten so much.

I went to the doctor once. He said I was probably allergic to milk, which I think is true to some extent, but I feel like my stomach expands even when I don’t consume any milk products.

I never noticed it before, but recently I also have mucus in my stool. Sometimes they even have bubbles coming out, which I’m assuming is gas. Is this just a milk allergy or IBS?

Is it bad for my stomach to have so much gas in it every day? Will this cause me any problems in the future? Should I stay away from milk products completely?

Also, I didn’t notice before, though they might have been there for a long time, but its not just that my stomach is swollen, it I have two hard bumps along the lines of my hips, just below my hip lines. If I bend backward they poke out and are quite noticeable.
Could this be swollen Lymph nodes? Swollen Ovaries? A reaction from IBS/milk?
