TALK ABOUT STENCH ANYONE HELP ME?

been diagnosed with ibs 7yrs now taking antispasmodics and fibre gel as perscribed from my g.p i pass about once a day and its always a solid and formed but i smell like urine really stale urine noticeable from quite a distance it wasnt always so bad before
it just smelled like i hadnt wiped properly and because i componsated with deoderant my doctor couldnt pick up on ti but now its so bad i dearnt go to the busy surgery  i just dont get how my *** smells like urine any hints or tips would be a blessing
