Think I have IBS but not sure if its something worse.

Okay so about 3 weeks ago I got really nauseas and had some vomiting. This lasted for about 5 days and then my
symptoms went away, but a couple of days later I started getting a lot of new symptoms without the nausea or vomiting. These include narrower stools, mucus in stool, difficulty passing stool, burping more, passing gas more, abdominal pain, sometimes burning pain in my stomach and chest area, having far less bowel movements where I actually pass stool(usually about three) but now I have only one everyday in the morning, and feeling like I have to go the bathroom, but not actually passing any stool. My stools are just about every time narrower, but sometimes i'll have normal sized ones. Ive also found that when I drink more water and eat a fiber supplement in the morning my stomach pain goes away. So those have been my symptoms for the past 2 weeks but now Ive started having more. For the past 3 days I've felt slightly nauseas in the morning and have vomiting like motions but don't actually vomit, and I hear lots of noise from my abdomen when I lay down. My most worrying symptom though is that 2 days I ago I had dark/black stool, the night before I had eaten about 14oz of steak which might be the cause, but my stool was dark looking and it happened throughout that day but went away that night and has been gone since. Over the past three weeks when I wake up I won't have much of an appetite, but after 1 or 2 hours i'll feel hungry again and regain my appetite. My abdominal pain has been gone since I started drinking lots of water and taking the fiber supplements. Also I'm 15 years, a male, in good physical shape, and don't have past medical issues, my mom told me once that she would get really bad GI problems when she was younger though. So those are my symptoms and Im pretty sure that I have IBS but I'm not entirely sure, so if someone could please respond it would be really appreciated and would help ease my mind.

Thank you

I think less meat, no raw vegetables and no gluten or dairy has helped me a lot to get rid of persistent symptoms like yours
