Total constant tenesmus? 7 months help ):

For the past 7 months I have had the sensation of something being stuck in my butthole completely non-stop. The tenesmus feeling doesn't ease at all after I go to the toilet, which you think it would. It feels heavier when I'm lying down than standing or sitting. Sometimes where it's heaviest shifts side to side. I never get cramping, it's more of a feeling that something is sitting or blocking it. Bowel movements take a lot of straining and makes my butt and upper tummy sore for a little while but then it eases, but the tenesmus feeling never goes away. Also, always when I breathe in hard and relax my tummy out it hurts and my whole abdomen hurts to be pressed. There's a general feeling or soreness and discomfort in my lower abdomen always and eating is uncomfortable even though I take 20mg Somac everyday. I have had a colonoscopy, endoscopy, ultrasound, x-ray, stool samples, blood tests, surgery to check for endometriosis but all have been normal. I have been told it could be IBS and I was prescribed 50mg of nortriptyline but that did nothing and gave me no sleep so I am now on 25mg of dothiepin/dosulepin which has no effect. I have chronic loose stools, I usually go twice in the morning, around half an hour apart. They're very soft, float half the time but I still have to strain hard to pass them. Whenever I strain there's brown watery liquid even when I don't pass actual stool or even when I pass a normal, formed stool. I've never had any issues with constipation. I also know I have a very long sigmoid colon. I take probiotics and lecithin suplements too. Does anyone know what the tenesmus feeling is or how to help with it? It's very overwhelming when it never has eased for a minute, only gets worse sometimes then goes back to the normal blocked feeling. I feel like there is more than one issue going on here and the symptoms are getting mixed up all together. The symptoms began after what I'm pretty sure was a Giardia infection and at the time I was malnourished and not eating or drinking so there wasn't really any diarrhoea. I ended up taking a course of Metrinidazole just in case anyway. If anyone has any idea what could help, I would be so happy because the 1000 doctors that have already seen me have no idea. Please!!!! <3

Question... If you're a female, have you had children? My cervix actually causes this sensation because it pushes in on the rectal wall. I discovered it by self exploration. Basically "what the heck is blocking my poop" so I went in from the front and noticed my cervix would push down as I attempted to push out poop. Hoping this helps. If you're a guy, I'm really sorry I'm useless at this point.
