What worked for you?

by Jeannie1, Aug 29, 2009 09:57PM
How about we post what worked for us?
I have IBS-D. I take Boswalla twice a day, eat very low fat and mostly real food. Nothing processed. Like Jack Lalane said, "If God didn't make it, don't eat it."
I also have Celiac Disease, low thyroid, and Pernicious Anemia
If I make sure I have had my B12 pills, go for my  shots and take Boswalla at least twice a day, and watch what I eat I'm pretty good.
I think I read about Boswalla here on this forum and I think it helps a lot.
And there are other times when I don't know what the heck I at!
What works for you?
