abdomal and lower back pain

hi well were to start i no i have piles 100% i have external and internal and ive been having them on and of since i was 17 im now 23 i do bleed alot when going the toilet and it really is uncomfortable but it always clears up on its own only this time its lasted for more than a month or so now the blood has calmed down its more strikes of blood in the stools and my bowel movements alover the place i dont feel like ive empty my bowels fully i get really bad cramps in me stomache and really bad lower back pain in the past to weeks ive felt constant uncomfortable feeling. i have seen a consultant who is going to do a flexible (scared) im just wondering for peace of mind has anyone else gone threw this.
also today has been the worse my back really hurts feel like i need bowel movement but cant go when i di its loose so confused

The sigmoidoscopy is probably a good test to get because it will probably show what is causing your problem.  However, I would say that it is probably very likely that all your symptoms are being caused by the hemmorhoids and constipation.

hi yer its flexible sigmoidoscopy got a head of me self anf forgot to put that lol. well the blood differs when i use to bleed a lot (what seemed alot ) it was dark red whilst at the moment its red strikes ive been getting ppains on me left side back and hip more so when i need a bowel movement. i just want to no if anyone else has this because i always think the worst of things and looking things up and google doesnt help only scares me more but im hoping it just is ibs.

Welcome to the IBS community!  Is the blood always red, or is it ever darker in color or black?  What do you mean by your doctor is going to do a flexible?  Do you mean a flex-sigmoidoscopy?
