annusitis

I have recently been diagnosed with annusitis.  This has been going on for about 2 years, believe it or not.  At first, my gynechologist thought I had a worm.  I was treated for that but symptoms persisted.  I went to a rectal doctor who told me to change my diet which I tried but still no help.  I went to a skin doctor who said it was annusitis and gave me various creams to try.  They helped temporarily but eventually I think my skin got used to them and the itching has continued.  It is worse at night and better right after a shower.  I have done all suggestions that doctors gave me, re:  cleanliness, wiping with cloth, no itching, etc., but the problem seems to not be improving.  I don't know if I should go to another doctor or what and wanted an expert opinion.  Is there any cream I can use that will help?

stop eating tomato based products- spaghetti sauce, ketchup, any mexican or italian dishes etc ..when you get near or over 40 and a certain ethnicity especially Spanish or Italian the sauce in combo w/too much seasoning will make your *** burn!  trust me.

Acidophilus pills, Bathing with ph balanced soap, ( I use Johnsons baby wash), and applying Anusol cream after showering has helped me more than anything.

Yeast harbored in the intestines can sometimes be the cause of itching, and antibiotic use makes it worse. Regular use of acidophilus is helpful, if this is the case.

Good luck!
