Hi,
I cant eat fruit like pears,peaches,prunes etc,and also tomatoes and lettuce cause me to have between 3-5 bowel movements a day.Most are quick small pellets accompanied with mucus.
I also have the constant feeling of wanting to go.

Is there medication that will help,but wont cause constipation ?.When I dont eat the above I suffer with small hard pellets .

I'm only familiar with buscopan and dont think constipatiopn wo'uld be an issue.  I seriosly give metamucil a fair try before taking any other stuff

Can I ask,out of the following which are available here in the UK,which one is less likely to cause constipation and allow the bowel to work normally

And a product from Boots using Mebeverine Hydrochloride 135mg
