Sorry forgot to add ,
You can also have other meals as brown rice only cooked as u would cook normal white rice with ur vegetables ,, OR IF we cook white rice i would use half of that with half of  the grain cream which i explained above ,, with the vegetables i described.
good luck

Hello fayrouz,
i would like to suggest a diet for u which will regulate all ur bowl problems,,, it has done wonders for my wife .
This is my personal experience and study ( Macrobiotics ),, i just hope u r deciplined enough to want to follow what i can help you with,, and the answer is Natural whole grains ( wheat ,, brown rice , oats ,, barley etc etc.)
and its something u will need to cook every day like I DO. and not to mention it is the healthiest food u can consume in the world with an unbelievable energy.
i personally use 1 part of each oats and wheat and 3 parts of brown rice, u can use brown rice alone IF u wish its not a problem.
Full grains can take more than 2 hours to cook,, BUT like many people i am a business an and i also do NOT have time to cook ,, so i ground my grains to speed up the cooking time (30 mnts),,i ground them to cemolina feel (reasonably fine) .
then  use approx 2 parts water to the total part of grains to start with,, and also keep a cup full of water next to u while cooking ,, depending on how much u need to cook u may need 3 to 4 cups of water
Add the water to the grains before u put on the stove (preferably stainless steel pot),, and stir them together ,  start on high on the smallest burner , constantly stirring and when u start to notice bubbles bring it down to about NO 2 level heat.(approx 3 to 4 mnts ), at which time u will notice it will start to suck the water and thats when u will start to add around a mouth full each time ( around 2 mnts intervals) .
Be careful it does NOT stick to the bottom of ur stainless steel pot, so make sure u keep stirring the bottom of the pot to avoid sticking by keeping it moist with the water floating on top of the grains. and keep at it as it will take approx 30 to 35 mnts. the mixture consistency  will be like a thick custard not runny and NOT dry. OR like a medium thickn ess rice pudding.
When it is done,, while in the pot , (as grains ARE bland to eat ) i usually would add some cinnamon powder for flavor and some barley malt to taste as a natural sweetner) , then i serve it in cereal bowls .
then i add some ( all raw and UNsalted ingredients the following ,,BUT most importantly NO additives and other rubbish in them ) pumpkin seeds , sunflower seeds , natural sultanas ,, some currants ,, crushed almonds  (which u can pre roast under the grill ) ,, walnuts    ,, and then mix them all together ,, then i sprinkle some little cinnamon on top with some sesame seed(approx 1 table spoon ,, ur calcium intake for the day),, and enjoy.
NOW,,, that food is 50% of the equation , and the other 50% is CHEWING  , AND CHEWING  AND CHEWING .....each mouth full atleast 35 times  untill u can NOT feel any hard bits in ur mouth,,, like tomato paste.
also this can be taken as ONE and or  ALL of ur meals per day. also it can be eaten warm after cooking OR prepare the night before and have it room temperature the next day.
I am very sure u will be amazed what this will do for u,, as it has fixed my wifes IBS (diarrhea ) from the 2nd day she started eating it ,,and from 5 to 7 times a day to the bathroom(including after every meal)  to 3 MAX times a day, and  now 2 times a day  in less than 2 months,,  BUT most importantly she is NOT a  slave to her problem  anymore .
Other advise i would give u OR anyone ,,, and u can do ur research,,, do NOT consume more than 250 ml of liquid a day ,, and if u find urself needing more then u r intaking too much SALT or SUGAR ,, cut down on then and u will find u will be fine.
Also ,,,
--NO soft drinks or juces ,,, , normal water only and at room temperature.
--Cut down on fruit intake (atleast for the time being until healed ,, or even u can go without would be better for u,, as fruit has alot of sugar
--NO fried food at all ,,,
--NO sugars , including cakes and biscuits etc etc.
--NO potatoes , tomatoes and eggplant (causes high acid level in the blood) very YIN (female vegetables)
--NO bananas , kiwi fruit ,, pine apple ,, and mangoes.
The above diet will make 50 to 60% of ur diet , and make sure u take some beans chickpeas lintels ect ect and also u need some green leaves suck as bock choy and the likes , parsley coriander ,, and some root vegetables like carrots and onions , white radish(very very good for u BUT cook it pls with carrots) etc etc , and green such as broccoli (all parts) , little cabbage ,, also pumpkin is very good,,
wishing u the best of luck and health.
