FurballsMom is right. Your digestion starts with chewing your food.Need to chew/bite from 32 to 52 times. Do not watch TV or do any other activity simultaneously while having your meal. Also having your meals in time will make a great impact in your digestion. Also make sure you have a proper sound sleep minimum 6 hours to 8 max.
Also are there any other side effects?
There really isn't enough information in your comments. If you are seeing undigested corn, this is normal, whether you have IBS or not. But, if you're seeing anything else, then I agree with snoozie43 about cooking the vegetables, chewing properly or the lack of enzymes. You may also want to consider adding probiotics to your diet. But, check with your doctor first to rule out other problems. Digestive enzymes are a good idea, with proper guidance. Probiotics can actually be taken by anyone, even healthy people. My naturopath recommended FloraStor. Mercola.com has some good information about probiotics on this natural doctor's website. I have found that I need a proper balance between conventional and natural medicines to approach this IBS problem that I have myself.
It is best to go to your doctor and ask him what can be done. With as little you have mentioned here..I can only say that possible the vegetables you are eating are not fully cooked, or you are not chewing your foods properly. I f that is not the case...there may be a lack if enzymes in you system.
ask your doctor what the nexxt step is for you
best 2 you
