chronic bloating?

I am 17 years old and have chronic bloating like no other. Every day i wake up somewhat not bloated but usually still bloated. After eating or drinking anything it seems to get much worse. I have had an upper GI and they said something that interested me. They said my stomach was still really full. But i had fasted for over 12 hours. So what im thinking is that i have gastroparesis (slow emptying stomach). Anyone have any suggestions. I really need to get this bloating under control...its taking over my life

no he didnt mention anything except hey your stomach his full, after doing research on my own i came across gastroparesis and recognized i had a lot of the symptoms...after numerous tests for stuff like lactose intolerance and SIBO he just said i have IBS and to up my fiber intake. I havent gone back since (3 months ago) but i may go back soon because my stomach has not gotten any better yet

What did your doctor, I am assuming Gastrointerologist tell you to do about it?  Didn't the doctor give you any advice or guidance?
