constant flautelence gases and burping,sleep panic !!!!!

Dear all
I am 38 years old male...
I have constant flautelence from early morning when i wake up ,the first thing in the morning I have to relese gas and sometimes is so bad that my gut is hurting.I feel like gases are building and I even dont feel any more this healthy need for the food I mean apetite....I have also rumbling stomack all the time.
Burping get much worse after drinking coffee and then continue during day constantly,I am so stressed about this that start to be anxious and depressing this is already bothering me more than two years.
Another thing is I have developed sleep panic attacks especialy after  taking alkohol ussualy on Friday nights sometimes I can not fall asleep for the rest of the night beacuse I feel scared to die asleep is the feeling of geting chocked out asleap!!!
When this start is a horror movie and is for real being tired after party with friends and not being able to rest sometimes I must get out of bed and stay awake because I am scared to fall asleep ,actualy I really dont remember when I had good quality sleep last time .My REM doesnt exist....
I have had gastroscopy and I have enlarged hiatal hernia and few erosions but nothing major has been found.Doctor prescribed REGLAN but helped little bit but not permanent solution I hate pills.
I will do also colonoscopy in few months time because I am scheluled to be out of my country for 3 months time.
Please if somebody have similar condition give some advice...
This thing is so much taking away from my life and i developed anxiety ,deppresion and all sort of insecurity  that I dont know what to do anymore I have tried with probiotics and enzimes ,vitamins and alot of stuff nothing helped really permanently...

Please some advice....

Hello and hope you are doing well.

The frequent need to burp and expel gas suggest abdominal bloating with gas. Bloating can cause a lot of discomfort. If you have been investigated to rule out disorders of the colon, the bloating can happen with consumption of excess sugars, indigestion and aerophagia. Try to limit voluntarily swallowing excessive air. Check to see if any specific food is aggravating the bloating and try to avoid the same. In general try to avoid cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower and asparagus. Certain medications and food additives too can cause bloating. Check on these. Also, try to include yogurt in your diet as it is a probiotic which replaces lactobacillus acidophilus (good bacteria) that helps with digestion.

Avoiding triggering factors which initiate or worsen the symptoms like stress – oversensitive bowel may react to normal stress of everyday living. Worrying about the symptoms can create a vicious cycle, making the symptoms worse. Try to combat stress with relaxation techniques or regular exercise.To expel intestinal gas, try taking a brisk walk or getting some other form of exercise. Frequent exercise can help keep the intestines working more efficiently and aid with digestion. Also, OTC medications such as simethicone may help with flatulence.
