decreased peristalsis

What is the main cause for decreased peristalsis..and who can i get it so speed up?

You have asked a million dollar question.

Opiates of any kind degrade peristalsis.

Another possible cause is a mild stroke. A blockage of blood flow that caused death of tissue. In this case there is often recovery, because there is redundancy and other nerves take over the functions.
