Have you tried charcoal tablets or peppermint oil/water/tablets?
They are both good for getting rid of gas.

By the way I'm trying to stay away from medicine at all as it irritates your stomach too.
The very good fruit is grapefruit. The gases is usually from indigestion so milk/milk products and salad will help food to digest quicker
Hi try to eat a lot of salad and milk products ,and try to avoid big portion of food better eat small portions but more often. That helped me
