Im having severe back pain abd alot of rectul bleeding for a few months now but it all started with severe stomach pain and then moved onto the lower back, ive beeen diagnosed with ulcerative colitis but the pain in my back is getting to be inbareable now and im losing quite alot of blood from the backend would u be able to give me any indications of what this might be.

You need to get to you gastroenterologist.  He/She needs to find out where the bleeding is coming from and why.  Rectal bleeding is not something to take lightly.
