ibs and arousal

I developed ibs after I got on clonazapam. I have been off for 16 months. Could this be a temporary form of ibs? And has any one experienced near constant sexual arousal from constipation?
My doctor thinks the stool could be pressing on nerves. I had to postpone college 2 years so far because of my situation. The sticky stool is getting me too. I also have pancreatic insufficiency.

I was diagnosed with IBS also. I've heard that sometimes with pancreatic insufficiency it can cause small intestinal bacterial overgrowth. To check for this you would need a "hydrogen breath test" I tested positive and was put on a round of rifaximin and followed up with flagyl. I now feel much better!
