I am not sure if this is what i have, there are times when i wake up and my tummy is in agony and i need to go to the toilet, this only happens on days i know i have something important to do (meetings and so on), it also happens when i am going to a place where i know i will be nervous.  This can be very embarrassing as i will have to go to the toilet during meetings and so on.  I have suffered from anxiety and panic attacks also for about 15 years since i was 11.  I have started avoiding going to places that are not necessary to avoid this anguish. Is there a cure?  Thanks
