numbness in back and left hand pain

Hi - i have been suffering from numbness in my left shoulder plus some left hand pain, i went to meet a heart doctor and i have been through all the tests needed for me heart like ECG and ultra sound echo, he said that everything is fine and my heart is performing perfectly. and some other people around me mentioned to me that my symptoms are heart disses symptoms, so can anyone please help me ??? i am getting really worry .. One other important point to mention that i have been diagnosed with IBS as well, So does that cause the problem..??? thanx a lot .

hi, i seem to get pains in my chest area,and also get palpertations alot,and test say my heart is ok, i also have has ibs for many yrs, mine is that bad now that i can eat very little,i hope this has helped in some way,good luck.
