pain

I want to know if there could be anything other than IBS.
Sometimes I have mild to severe pain in the pit of my stomach, that goes arouond to my side.
It lasts from a few minutes to a hour. Then I have very loose stool, and sometimes the shakes.
BUT then I feel good for a while. It has no pattern, sometimes I don't feel good before, but mostly
it has no warning.

I have GERD, stomach has a constant level of pain, and sometimes it tightens my stomach up.
BUT then if I relax, it goes away.

What do you think it may be. YES food can trigger it off.    pipper4

What types of food(s) trigger your symptoms?  When you say the pain goes around to your side..which side, right or left?

The reason I ask is that if rich, greasy, fried foods seem to trigger your symptoms, and the pain seems to radiate around to the right , you might be looking at gallbladder issues.
