partial bowel obstruction

I have not had a full bowel movement in about 5-6 days. I have had bowel movements, but watery & small. I have the sensation to have a bowel movement, but when I do go to have bowel movement, I do not feel as though I have fully evacuated. I have had issues me entire life with constipation & diarrhea. I did have left sided lower abdominal pain, around hip area for quite a while, but, currently, no pain. I can not always pass gas.
I am concerned that I have a partial to full obstruction.
I have had a great deal of stress in my life for the past 5-6 months as well.
