If it comes out you have fructose malabsorption, nobody could force you with apples, pears, peaches, prunes, honey, soda and sugar-free chewing gum. You will always have a good excuse :) .
Also think about lactose intolerance and try 4 day lactose free diet (no dairy and anything containing traces of milk).
To avoid constipation you have to eat and sleep regularly. Constipation itself can cause bloating and gas.
