Yes I have had this with IBS. that is very common. Are you watching your diet? Meaning.. Getting enough fiber, fruits and cooked vegetables....cutting off the intake of spices, sugars, coffee, salts, oils, greasy, and dairy foods?
After you go on a bland diet for awhile, then slowly introduce these foods back to you diet, you will see over time you can start to digest them properly. "Balance" diet is key. Excercise as well...lightly.
