Should I be worried?

I have constant pain in right kidney and towards the front. MRI showed "scattered bilateral renal cysts" and one hepatic cyst/biliary hamartoma. My GFR is 82 ( I'm 35) and I have blood in my urine(microscopically). The urologist said the cysts were too small to cause pain, he's not concerned, and no need to monitor.

The distal end of my right ureter did not show up either. He said this was just from timing of images.

No you have no cause to worry. Simple cysts are benign and there is nothing to be done for them. Same is the case with hamartomas.
