23 years old with Kidney cyst.

I've always had problems with UTI and bladder infections. I get them about 7 times a year. I've also had ovarian cysts in the past that have ruptured along with Kidney stones and Kidney infections. So, I've grown used to pain and tenderness in my abdomen and back area.
In November of 2016 we had a health fair at the hospital that I work at. My results came back with my platelet count 696k and my WBC 20 and RBC . About a month later, I started to have more stomach issues, more tenderness and it seemed like my immune system was crashing(multiple fever blisters, swollen lymph nodes ect.). I went to the doctor and since I already had the blood work from the previous month, I took that with me hoping it would save me from getting more labs drawn. Well, it did the opposite. So I've been on antibiotics for 3 months now. When I stop, I get my blood work down. My platelets are now at 550k and WBC at 13 which is an improvement but my doctor was still worried. She did an Xray of my abdomen and it showed nothing. Next we did a CT with contrast and it showed a cyst measuring around 3cm on my kidney.
After this, she made an appointment with the urologist and I don't see them for another 3 weeks.
I cant help but to be a little worried. My doctors body language made me uncomfortable because she seemed so concerned.
Could these symptoms and findings be a sign on a disease? Cancer? or just a poor immune system?(constant swelling of lymph nodes, cold sores, UTIs, bladder infections, swollen joints, ect.)

*(I must add that I'm only 23 years old. Mother of a 2 year old, married for almost 5 years, so same sexual partner. I have cut soda out of my diet completely and fast food thinking this could help solve some of my issues. I also go to the gym at the very least 3 times a week. 20min cardio and weight lifting. Yet, I am over weight being 190lbs and unable to lose weight. My thyroid is also fine.)*
