62 GfR

hi everyone. i got blood work back from drs office and found out my gfr is 62, from previous test iv always been a good 89. my creatines always been 88 and it was 129. i was feeling short of breath and dizzy at the time and so why my labs were ordered. seems like my gfr droped 30 pts since the begining of the year. also when i drink water i get very light headed, is it normal to be symptomatic with a gfr of 62?? always thankfull for any help
