Are my liver and kidney functions normal ?

Hello everyone... So i'm now starting my fourth month on Roaccutane for acne i was taking 20gm. First two months now 40gm. I made kidney and liver function tests 2 months ago and these were the results: creatinine: 0.79 , AST: 17 , ALT: 10 . Also yesterday, i made the tests again and these were the results: creatinine: 0.6 , AST: 18 , ALT: 14 . So is everything alright ? Or i should be worried ? Someone please explain
