Are these Terry's Nails? Renal failure/ Chronic Kidney Disease sign??

I have had pale-white nails that have little thin pink tips for a week or two now with a bit more dizziness and mental fog after eating.

I have two quick questions:

1) Has anyone had this as one of their first signs of kidney disease?

2) And if so, are the nails white even when you bend them?  When I make a fist mine get a slight bit of color.

I also wake up with mild edema every morning in hands.

I am 29.

Thanks
