Back Pain & White Tissue in Urine

I've had a dull mid-back pain and white tissue in my urine since December of 2007.  Several urine tests have shown wbc and rbc in my urine, the most recent test had 15-30 rbc's. I've been on two rounds of antibiotics since December, Bactrim and Cipro, and my symptoms have not gotten any better.  Also bubbles in my urine. Other symptoms include "malignant hypertension," extreme fatigue, hair loss, night sweats, dizziness.  I also get the sensation that I'm losing my hearing and or ability to speak for 30 seconds at a time.  I've been to a Urologist, but she did not have an explanation for my syptoms.  I'm getting so sick that I cannot work everyday.

Should I check with a Nephrologist?

Hi, yes you need to see a nephrologist. It could be IGA Nephropathy or kidney infections. You need to be checked for shapes of those RBCs and 24 hour protein volumn plus a pelvic ultra sound.
