Back and pelvic pain with bloating

I have had pain for 4 weeks now. Originally diagnosed as kidney stones. I was put on antibiotics for a week on day 4 and booked in for an ultra sound. I was also given diclofenac to help with the pain. Avo upper data later the pain did not get better. I went back to the doctors and they weren't sure it was a kidney stone. Occasionally pain worsened on some days. Was prescribed codeine for when I needed it. I continued having pain and was signed off work. I only had fever on day 2. Had my ultrasound and nothing was found: no stones, no cysts or swelling. My bladder was also emptying fine. I was them sent off for blood tests.
The results were: liver function ok, not anaemic, calcium ok, red blood count ok, no inflammation, white blood cells ok. Kidney function in the normal range but at the bottom end of the range. Doctor said it was low for my age (25).  She said to leave it 2 weeks to test kidney function again and see if it changes. They were looking for a rise in creatinine. Just had blood test. Getting results tomorrow.
Pain started on day 1 on right side flank area. It had radiated around my side down to my groin area. It has also made it's way down my right leg. I am bloated on the right side if my abdomen. Only described as feeling tension like a balloon when pressed. I have on occasions laid on my back pressed to the right and below if my
Belly button and felt a pressure on the right side if my back (flank).
What on earth is it? I'm getting frustrated and fed up!

Guess what!
Just been for another ultrasound on full pelvic and abdominal area... and they have found a small cyst on my right ovary.
No other information though!

Hi There
(I didn't realise you could reply to your post until now so I have a reply above...)
Thank you for your reply. had the ct scan yesterday and they found nothing. No kidney stones, appendix looks ok and no ovarian cysts. I feel like I am back to square one!
Went straight back to the doctors in the afternoon and she is puzzled. She said she wants to look at the ct scan/analysis herself and to see me again on Monday. She's given me some extra pain killers and told me to take the following. 8x paracetamol, 3x diclofenac, 4-8 codeine a day. This should keep the pain to minimal whilst she looks over the last results.
Other than that, no idea what is causing it, but as it has been 4.5 weeks, they want to get to the bottom of it.

I went to the docs yesterday for my 2nd kidney function test results. They came back ok. Better than before. Doctor said it could be spasms in my gut and gave me antispasmodics. Said to take these for 2 weeks and then perhaps look at an ultrasound for ovarian cysts.

I had to come to a&e last night because pain had got worse and in my groin.
Doctor there said it was most likely renal colic. Just had my ct scan and now waiting for the results.

Thinking of you ...
Did they rule out ovarian cyst I guess?

Sometimes stones elude us on ultrasounds.  I was told nothing was showing and then 24hrs later passed a 4.0mm stone.
