CKD treatment to get my dog back

Hello, everybody. I am here to ask any information or information source about dog chronic kidney failure treatment.

My beloved 9 years dog Ben was diagnosed CKD 5 monghts ago. We did fluid treatment and EPO and got good result for sometime. Then the Hb level droped and he lost his appetite. we treated his flea, changed to human EPO, even blood transfer, but now his Hb still went down and eat only a little every day. the Alb seemed wend down also, and the BUN and SCr did not in control as well.

I am so worried. I can not see him weaking away in front of me. I decide to do everything I can do to save him. Can anybody give any information, any information source or institution/person I can ask for help? I do eager to get him back by increase his Alb, Hb and kidney function controlling.
