Deflux Procedure

My 7 year old daughter has kidney reflux.  Last year she had the Deflux procedure to fix the problem.  We were told she had level 3 reflux in both kidneys.  After the procedure we learned it was more like level 3 in the left kidney and 4+ in the right.  The procedure seems to have stopped the reflux in the left kidney but the right is now at a level 2.

The urologist tells us we should go ahead and have the deflux procedure done a second time.  With the success rate down to 50% for a second run, and the fact that she hasn't had any flare ups with infections (she's on Septra daily), is it necessarily the way to go?

ive had kidney problems my whole life, and i know how stressful it can be on a parent.
the decision is entirely up to you, but my opinion is " if those tablets are working for your little girl, with no bad side effects, keep her on them..if she does, somewhere along the line have a relapse then consider her having the procedure done again.it seems as though the medication she is on is working for her, and going through such a procedure is quite stressful for the both of you."
