Uncontrolled blood pressure can result in severe complications like stroke, heart attack .kidney failure etc.Besides taking your medications regularly there are certain things which should be taken care of. You should maintain a healthy weight range for your height and body type. Exercise or brisk walk daily for 30-45 minutes can help in alleviating stress. Limiting sodium intake by eliminating table salt, cooking salt, and salty and processed foods can help in some extent.
