Dr says ok but test show different

Hello I am a 37 yr old white male who has been experiencing chest pain and left arm pain. I have also had trouble in the bedroom (you know what I mean) So I went to a cardiologist ran some test and the list is long but I saw some things that alarmed me. He ran a Comp Metabolic Panel for the most part things came back in range but my Glucose, Serum was 93. I had not had anything to eat or drink for at least 8 hrs. My Glom Filt Rate est 60 with normal levels 60-137 I felt that was low. In my CBC with Differential/Platelet most again came back within normal range but my WBC was 10.6. I was not sick and I had not taken steroids within a few days (Dr Prescribed) I do have a lower back injury for the past 6 months Last was Eos (absolute) it was 0.4 that is on the high side range. Do I need to go back to my family Dr or do I need to contact some specialized Dr's or am I ok as my Cardiologist says? Could you help me make seance of these results?

Hi, your chest pain, arm pain and bed related issues could be due to celexa as it has been observed that around 3% of patients on this drug develop arthralrgia, myalgia, impotence and angina.

Other possibility is cervical spondylosis, cervical x ray can rule out this condition.

I was diagnosed with High Blood Pressure 8 months ago I take Carvedilol 25mg Twice a day and Celexa 20mg once a day for depression. Please note that I did not take my medicine before I went to the Dr either.
