Frequent Urination at Night

For the past month, I have nights in which I urinate once or twice every hour.  The urine is mostly light yellow and at times clear.  If I fall asleep right away, I can sleep 6-8 hours without getting up to urinate.  But if I'm having a difficult time falling asleep, I would get up once or twice to urinate every hour.  I drink a small cup of water 3-4 hours before bedtime and urinate before getting into bed.  I'm not diabetic, I'm a 24 yr old female.

Did you ever find anything that allowed you to sleep through the night without getting up? Thanks,

Are you currently taking any medications?  Some blood pressure medications can cause increased urination.
