Help to interpret Blood Test

I have done blood work on August 2014 and my creatinine was 1.02. Then again I do the blood test in November 2014 and creatinine was .8.I do the blood test on April 2015 and Creatinine was 1.Then again on May 2015 and creatine was .9. Do you guys think I have high creatinine lavel?Can you help me to interpret the result?I am 37 year old Asian Male.I have to do those blood work for my Septoplasty Surgery. Thanks
