Help understanding test results!!!!!

For the last 7 months I have been experiencing gross hematuria.  After several ct scans,  two cystoscopies, and endless blood test the reason of the gross hematuria is still unknown.  Around two months ago I started seeing a nephrologist to see if the blood is coming from the kidneys, and  around the same time my UA test started showing protein in my urine.  Bellow are the results of my last UA  and a 24hr urine protein.  With this results, Is the protein in my urine secondary to the gross hematuria or am I having protein in my urine because some how my kidneys are not working right???
Any help will be really appreciated.

Please help I need answers I won't be going to bed :( diabetes or kidney disease is my biggest fear I guess it's kidney disease. I'm a say I been a alcohol drinker since my teen years but I have slowed down this year to twice a week or once a week but been off of it since thanksgiving and don't plan to drink. I have to admit I been dieting a lot I have lost 24 pounds since May which is good but don't know if this is making all these readings? As I was starving as well when I got them read and I read online that if u r starving it can make Ketosis level go up. My most concerns are the protein and WBC.

Thank you for your response.  I have a question?  would it be wise to wait for 6 months and see if things get better, since my blood work is normal and is not showing kidney dissease or should I go ahead and get a kidney biopsy to find out if the blood is coming from my kidneys????????
The only thing that concerns me is becoming more anemic again--just 21/2 months ago I had to do iron ifusions to bring my iron stores up--and they're droping again???????
I'm very confused and it was left to me to decide... Helppppp.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
I understand your concern regarding your results. Hematuria can be caused by a variety of issues such as infection, inflammation of the kidney, urethra, bladder, or prostate as well as blood issues. ON the other hand, proteinuria, a sign of chronic kidney disease (CKD) may  result from diabetes, high blood pressure, and diseases that cause inflammation in the kidneys.. Since hematuria was first observed, this could be one factor in the finding protein in the urine at present. It is best that you discuss this also with your attending physician for proper evaluation. Factors such as your medical history, symptoms present and results of other laboratory tests are important considerations also. Additional diagnostic tests may need to be done to determine the underlying cause. Take care and do keep us posted.
