I'm trying to get some additional information on some test results my 15 month old daughter had, last week she went in for some tests related to an enlarged liver and they did a series of tests including the BUN and Creatine tests her results were as follows:
BUN - Last week it was 17, this week it was 21
Creatinine - Last week it was 0.2 and this week it was also 0.2
Her BUN to creatinine ratios were 85 and 105 respectfully.
We were told that these tests don't mean anything and that we shouldn't care that her ratio is so high however after doing some research it seems as though her ratio isn't just a little high it is abnormally high, is this something we should be speaking to another doctor about?
