Well, 2 I think is to many.  But here is why.  I suffered for the last two years from uti's, bladder infections and stones.  But after it got worse in April this year I had a cytoscope (put to sleep) and my urologist said I have severe interstitial cystitus.  It was causing my family doc to think it was a uti or something like it all the time but I would always have blood in the urine even without infections.  Hope this helps.

Hi  Julie,

Zero  UTIs  are  what's  normal, unless you're  a transplanted  patient.  Unfortunately  transplanted  patients  will  suffer  recurring  UTIs  due to  the antirejection  drugs.

Oh. So I should definately see a specialist I've been experiencing it quite a few times but I try to flush out my bladder asap when I feel the first symptoms.
