How to cope

Ten days till nephrectomy with a full flank incision. My anxiety is though the roof I wish I could move my surgery up to tomorrow, just to get it over with. I have my pre op appt. Tomorrow. How are you all coping with your situations ? Any suggestions for me? I should also tell you that I watched a surgery like mine on you tube! I won't be doing that again. Help I am on the verge of panic
