I  dont even know if this is the correct catagory for this question, but I need your help. What I think is a UTI has come back three now, and the Dr's have given me 2 lots of antibiotics, which I stupid didnt complete either time for they were making me ill. And right now I am sitting in my home in severe pain, getting up to pee every 5 minutes, yet only the smallest bit comes out. Please help me if you can, I'm sick of feeling this way..

Hi,
Welcome to the forum! Recurrent urinary tract infection is common in women. However, urinalysis is needed to confirm this diagnosis. Treatment is completing the course of antibiotics prescribed. Incomplete intake of the antibiotics may also be one reason it recurs. If the side effects are making you ill, do not hesitate to inform your doctor about it. Dose adjustment or a shift to another medication may be done. Drinking plenty of fluids may help but I recommend that you have this checked by your doctor for proper management. Urine culture may also be done to identify the responsible organism. Take care and do keep us posted.

Hi,
Recurring urinary tract infection (UTI) involves repeated infections of the kidneys or bladder even after proper treatment. This could be due to problems with the immune system, abnormalities in kidneys, ureters, bladder or urethra, damage to part of the urinary system, hygiene, or  sexual intercourse, which seems to trigger UTI in some women. I hope this helps.
