I recently found out I have two duplex kidneys while trying to find a diagnosis for the illness I have been expiriencing. I also found out my cortisolCortisol level levels are very low which have prompted my doctors to send me for more testing, possibly for addison's disease.
I am wondering as both these conditions are very rare and very few people have a duplex kidney, let alone two, could the dual exit from both my kidneys be affecting my adrenogland and therefore my cortisolCortisol level levels? Does anyone know if there is a connection between duplex kidneys and low cortisolCortisol level or addison's?
