Hi,
How are you?  If the infection persists despite the various antibiotics prescribed, this may suggest antibiotic resistance of the microorganism responsible for the infection. A urine culture and sensitivity test may help determine the appropriate antibiotic for your infection. Check with your doctor to discuss the result and for proper management. Take care and do keep us posted.
