Kidney Transplant

Hi,
I got a son with a problem by birth called CNF, loosing protein in urine. His both kidney are not functioning well and cannot retain protein. The possible solution as per doctors is kidney transplant.
The problem is per doctor report;
“the baby has Congenital Nephrotic Syndrome most probably Finnish Type. The baby cannot retain his proteins and losing in urine. It is a bilateral kidney disease with no other congenital anomaly. It is an autosomal recessive disease and has genetic base. “
Could any doctor help me that how to save my son life and he has been in hospital since his birth on 11.10.2010. The hospital injecting him albumin twice a week but this is not the treatment just relaxing him from swelling. So far he looks very nice and as normal baby.
Is kidney transplant possible at this age (3-Months & 20 days)?
