Kidney disorder

my brother is suffering kidney disorder.
his kidney size is 82mm/ 83 mm is it ok or not.
And Biochemistry report stays

Blood urea : 179.4 mg/dl
Serum Creatinine : 20.90 mg/dl

His age is 33 years.

what should be done.

hye i suffer with chronic kidney disease and my kidneys are only 8cm a normal kidney measures 11cm and the creatnine level is low its when its high is when you should worry a normal creatnine level is between 20-35 anything higher is bad hope this helps !! gud luck
