Kidney nunmbers back - are they OK?

Hi, I got some blood test results back from the Doctor. What are the significance of the figures? Are they healthy? Should I continue to stay off alcohol?
I've no major illness, a bit anemic though (RBC 4.8 WBC 10.8 MPV 11.6 (U/L=10.4) Lymph 1.8), tired all the time. Just asking for general health. Doc said all the blood tests were normal though on the print out some said abnormal (though they are not excessively out of range).

Serum Albumin 48 (37 - 49)
Serum Creatinine 86  (84 - 116)
Serum Urea level 7.1 (3.4 - 7)
Serum Chloride 106 (98 - 106)
Serum Potassium 4.3 (3.5 - 4.9)
Serum Sodium 138 (137 - 144)

(Liver)
GGT 23 (4-35)
ALP 59 (45-105)
ALT 19 (1-40)
Total Biluribin   8 (1 - 22)

Thyroid are all mid range.

I'd biluribin (moderate) urobilinogen (off scale), trace of blood, (non -haemolysed) in my urine a few months ago on a dipstick test. I can't recall the timing but it may have been a week after a HepB jab though.

I may have a UTI or prostate bacterial infection as groin nodes are painful.
