Kidney stone affecting on sperm

Hi

First time I have stone in my kidney of 6mm & 5mm respectively.
I admitted in hospital after heavy pain in abdomen.
After medicines & injections 6mm stone flow out through urine but still other one stone is in my body.
I got discharged from hospital bfor 3 days.
Now i done sex with my wife but my sperm is not came out.
I felt like I coming out from penis but when I saw there is nothing coming out from penis.
So is there any big problem about sperm.
And if not then how many day will take it to come sperm flow out sex or mastrubation from my penis
Pls let me know.
