Large Cyst on Kidney

My father, age 82 has two cysts on kidney, 1)medium at middle pole (size 45mm*35mm) and large cyst at north pole (88mm*77mm). Moreover his his prostate is moderately enlarged to 34CC. He has problem in urination i.e. wish to urine frequently but succeeds only once in 3-4 attempts. He has no any irritation or pain before or after urination.

Please guide me to over come this problem.
