Low Hemoglobin and High Creatine

My Dad who is 81, has been healthy most of his life but for last few week having breathing problem. Three weeks back we took him to doctor and doctor found that he is deficient in Iron, Weak Kidney and small blockage in heart.Doctor suggested to for iron dip and gave some medication for kidney. His current hemoglobin is 7.6 and Creatinine has gone up to 3.6 . And now he is not keeping well. Any advice what treatment can be done?

Your Dad needs a Good Kidney Doctor - His Breathing Problem could be for Kidney Problem - That can lead to Swelling of the Legs & other body Parts & Face, Which Means "WATER RETENTION IN THE BODY". For Heart - Better get "ENGIEOGRAPHY".  For Hamoglobin - He must start the Injections of ERYTHROPOIETIN of 4000  every alternate day till it Improves to 10 + THEN   ERYTHROPOIETIN of 6000 iv once, a week. HE SHOULD BE GIVEN THE IRON & B12 MEDICATION.
