Mucus streaming from kidneys, swollen testical

I am recovering from a colon cancer operation in August. I have had cloudy urine since late September. I have been treated off and on with Cipro. A stick test showed blood in my urine.  On the 6th of December I went to the emergency room with a swollen testicle. They did an ultrasound and said it may be Epidiymitis. I went to see a Urologist. They had me have an IVP. I was told one kidney was draining slower than my other one. I had a volume check done. They said my bladder was emptying ok. They then gave me a Cystoscopy on Friday. They said I was streaming mucus from my kidneys and don't know why. I have been held up getting Chemo treatment because of this. And my testicle is still swollen with a hard lump at the bottom. I am lost and confused.
