My Dad has Renal Kidney failure

My dad has Renal Kidney failure and he doesnt live near me and we've recently started talking again after about 10 years and so i cant see him right now im only 17, but he has been in jail before more than once and was seeing a Kidney Specialist around the Georgia Alabama area and they couldnt afford his medical in Jail so they released him a bit early i think this was a while ago but now he has about 16% kidney function as far as he knows from his last visit to the specialist and he has no money no car, cant get Medicaid because he cant qualify for disability although he's really to sick to work. he has heart liver and kidney problems and he really just cant do it. i have no idea what to do to help him or if i can im just very very worried. he's not bed riden or anything but i can just imagine on the inside he's not doing so well and he's tried the hospitals and "free Clinics" that either arent free or cant help him or send him to another specialist which he cant afford to see or make the trip to see since he lives in the country in Alabama..  i doubt ill get any resolving answers but he's my dad and i love him and im worried for him and i had to try.     Ashley
